Monday's Best Bets: Graffiti can Master at Kempton

With two winners in the bag yesterday, Tippin’ Jimmy talks us through his tips on Monday.

2:25 Kempton – Graffiti Master (8/15)
On paper this is a horse who could certainly be in the classics next year, having been out of Group Two winning Independence. John Gosden’s two-year-old finished a very good fourth at Sandown on debut not losing by too much in that run. Like most, he should come on a lot for the effort and I expect him to be breaking his maiden within time.

3:40 Leicester – Soie D’Leau (13/8)
I fancied this horse in the Haydock mud last time out, but he finished a promising second and should go well today. That race was a tad more competitive and he has only been raised 1lb by the handicapper for his one length defeat. He’s on a nice low mark at the minute, and should be able to get back to winning ways.

3:55 Roscommon – Landofhopeandglory (2/1)
Landofhopeandglory has always been a very good horse, both on the flat and over jumps and he should be up to winning this Grade Three event this afternoon. He’s already a winner over fences in his novice season, with that success coming at Kilbeggan on his penultimate start, and he ran very well last time before falling two from home. If he manages to make it around, he should have a big chance.

5:00 Roscommon – Burren Life (6/1)
Returning to racing for the first time since February is Burren Life for Gordon Elliott. He enjoyed good form over bumpers last season, finishing second on three occasions. His running style suggests he is one that will improve when switched to hurdling, and I am hopeful he can register his first victory after a seven month break. He may be a horse to follow this season.
