Tuesday's Best Bets: Sovereignty set to rule the State at Hamilton

Tippin' Jimmy has three strong fancies from Tuesday's racing.

2:25 Hamilton - Fleetfoot Jack (2/1)
A handicapper that is most certainly on the up is Fleetfoot Jack for David O'Meara who returns to Hamilton, where he won impressively last week. On what was a maiden success, the three-year-old powered clear of the field by just over three lenghts. He faces a fair 6lb rise, but should still be able to go well.

4:00 Hexham - Minella Rebellion (4/1)
I hope that Nicky Henderson has worked some of his training magic to this potential talent over the summer. A nicely bred horse, and a pretty expensive purchase, the five-year-old has still never won a race but has shown promise in efforts. He was last seen finishing a below-par fifth at Kempton, and after four months off the track a better run is expected.

5:55 Hamilton - State Sovereignty (11/8) NAP
One horse who looked absolutely outstanding last time out was State Sovereignty. Michael Scudamore's five-year-old destroyed a maiden field by just under twenty lengths last time out, and that distance could've been much further. She has been given an opening mark of 77 for that, and that gives her a strong chance to go out and win well again. She will be very hard to stop.

£5 trixie (£20 in total) returns £350.
