Tuesday's Best Bets: Our Skilled tipster has a trio of tips

Tippin Jimmy has his verdict on Tuesday's racing action, and has a few big selections for the day.

6:00 Southwell - Skilled (2/1)
Olly Murphy has enjoyed a very good debut season, and he is well represented in this with Skilled. He is rathed 7lb higher as a chaser over hurdles, and opts for the latter today. He has been in good form, winning twice (once here) before finishing fourth last time out. He's very consistent and should be up to winning off this hurdles mark.

6:10 Kempton - City Gent (4/1)
Ralph Beckett and Pat Dobbs team up with this nice looking juvenile City Gent, who certainly can make an impact now handicapping. His most recent maiden second at Lingfield sets the form standard, with the half-a-length winner clearly being quite smart. He's on a fair mark, and he should be up to running a big race here.

8:55 Dundalk - Shoulda Lied (11/2)
This is a horse I think is up to winning races this season, but he has been a tad disappointing recently and has a bit to prove here. He finished second on unfavourable heavy ground at Listowel last month, and faces a 3lb rise for that appealing effort. A little more is required, and he may need a longer trip to be at his best, but he certainly has the ability to be winning here.
