Sunday's Best Bets: Air Navigator can land Cheltenham finale

Tippin' Jimmy talks us through his strongest fancies from across the card this Sunday, including his run through of the final day of the November Meeting.

Cheltenham

1:15 - Wylde Magic (8/1), Cornish Warrior (22/1) ew
Evan Williams' six-year-old was very well supported when third on his return at Chepstow last month, and looked like the best in the race before getting a little tired late on. The run will do him some good and he is on a winnable mark. The favourite is another with a huge chance.

Cornish Warrior really needed the run when last seen finishing sixth at Wincanton. He will improve from that run, enjoy today's conditions and looks on a very nice mark. He's a massive each-way price.

1:50 - River Wylde (5/6)
I am a very big fan of River Wylde, but I also like North Hill Harvey on softer ground. This race is going to go very close and I would fancy Nicky Henderson's charge a little bit more but I wouldn't bet on this race myself.

2:25 - Fox Norton (10/11)
I spoke to Joe Tizzard on Friday and his team are very confident they can pick up this prize today. Fox Norton won this race very easily last season before going on to establish himself as a leading two-mile chaser and he can continue to lead the way today. He will deal with conditions and has the class to win this.

3:00 - Jenkins (11/2)
Nicky Henderson loves this horse and the reports from home are pretty astonishing, and I am hoping that he can unleash his potential we have been told about for some time. He needs to be close to his best to have a chance on his return, but he remains a really exciting prospect for the season ahead.

3:30 - Dame De Compagnie (Evs)
If you followed my tips only a few weeks ago I told you this one was going to win and she did it so easily it was unbelieveable. Barry Geraghty didn't have to get out of second gear to cruise to a maiden victory and she can do it once again here at Cheltenham. Slate House is a good rival, and this race looks a great indicator of how good she really is.

4:00 - Air Navigator (11/2), Sizing Cusimano (9/1)
Tom George's six-year-old is very well regarded prospect for the yard, and could claim the final prize of the meeting here. He won stylishly on soft ground in February and hasn't been seen since his debut win. Hopefully there is more to come.

Sizing Cusimano is thought of highly too and makes his debut for Colin Tizzard's team. It's a tough ask to win on his debut, but he will be up to challenging towards the end.

12:20 Fontwell - Quiz Master (11/2)
Colin Tizzard believes this horse is a lot better than he has shown on the racecourse and he could be up to striking in this opening contest at Fontwell. He finished fourth in two runs since but has shown a sign of improvement when travelling well in those races. He'll win races off this mark.

1:05 Punchestown - Tombstone (13/8)
Tombstone was a hugely impressive novice winner at Down Royal earlier this month and can continue that top form in this graded event today. He was a good winner eventually and deserves to take this with a good round of jumping.

1:30 Fontwell - Coillte Lass (9/2)
She's a very nice mare who should be winning a few chases this season for Paul Nicholls. She made a very pleasing start over fences when fifth at Worcester, but the ground was probably a tad too quick for her and today's race suits her much better. She should improve for the run and can step up from that run to win this.

3:25 Punchestown - Stooshie (13/8)
Stooshie has been a bit unlucky recently for Gordon Elliott and can switch from placing to winning this afternoon. He finished a very respectable second behind a very good horse in Red Jack and without that sort of opposition in this race he will prove difficult to beat.

3:55 Punchestown - Rapid Escape (4/6)
I really like Rapid Escape and think he can progress into a leading bumper horse this season for Gordon Elliott. This is a race the yard like, having won it with the fantastic Samcro last year, and there's no reason why this smart Down Royal winner can't be every bit as good. He's a lovely horse who should be up to winning this.
